Chloe Cheung is an investment professional with over 17 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and corporate M&A, including six years focused on climate investments. She has sourced, managed, and conducted financial and ESG due diligence on a global portfolio spanning clean energy, climate tech, agriculture, and nature-based solutions. She serves on the board of the 23-year-old EarthCare Foundation, providing strategic oversight and governance to advance climate goals through a systemic approach to structural change and a landscape approach driving reforestation projects and South–South cooperation across Greater China and Southeast Asia. Previously, Chloe was APAC Lead for Sustainable Finance and Impact Investing at WWF, where she influenced sustainable finance policies across Asia, advised regulators and financial institutions, and helped originate bankable climate solutions. She has co-authored key sector publications, including When Finance Talks Nature, Guide for financial institutions to get started on TNFD, and Blue Finance for a Blue Economy, and served as an Advisory Council member at the International Capital Market Association. Chloe is passionate about mentoring, supporting entrepreneurs through Unreasonable Impact and women leaders via The Women’s Foundation and the Asian University for Women. Chloe is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership and Governance from the University of Hong Kong, with further studies at the University of Oxford, and CFA certificates in Climate Risk and ESG Investing. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, she brings extensive international experience across Sydney, London, Singapore, and Greater China.
