He defines the Group’s long-term strategy, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures coordinated execution across its diversified investment arms. Clessidra is a market leader in Italian alternative investments, having deployed approximately €4 billion on behalf of national and international investors. Its integrated platform encompasses Private Equity, Private Debt, and Factoring, offering tailored investment solutions to Italian SMEs across the full capital structure, with a strong commitment to ESG integration. Italmobiliare has been an influential presence in Italy’s industrial evolution, evolving from its origins in cement manufacturing into a diversified investment holding. Its portfolio includes globally recognised Italian brands such as Caffè Borbone, Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, and Tecnica Group—all symbols of Italian excellence in quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. Outside of his professional activities, Giulio is a licensed private pilot, a professional sommelier, and an avid sailor. He is married with two young children.
