Grace Chiong

Grace is Chief Operating Officer of Harrison Asset Management, a Singapore-based single family office, and its philanthropic arm, Karim Family Foundation. She oversees operations, regulatory compliance and liquidity management across the family’s investment and philanthropic activities, working closely with family principals and external advisers to ensure alignment with the family’s long-term objectives. Her remit spans investment performance reporting and cash management through to property and luxury asset management, as well as lifestyle and concierge services for the family. Grace was previously Group COO and part of the founding team at Golden Equator, a holding group of finance and consulting businesses. There, she helped scale the group’s operations and align strategic objectives across its diverse ventures. Before that, Grace served as Business Manager for Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley Asia. She began her career at Citibank as a Management Associate before taking on roles at Cambridge Associates Asia and the Global Wealth Management division of Merrill Lynch. Grace holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance and Economics), summa cum laude, from Singapore Management University.
