Jennifer Tan Su

Jennifer Tan Su is Executive Director and Executive Vice President of S.A.I. Leisure Group Company Ltd (stock code: 1832), Chief Administrative Officer of the Chairman Office of Luen Thai Group Ltd and a core member of the third generation management team of Luen Thai Group. Jennifer received her Bachelor Degree of Science in Hotel Management from Cornell University, USA, which equipped her with a strong foundation in the hospitality industry. Prior to her current positions, Jennifer had a successful career with Hyperdisk Marketing Inc., an internationally acclaimed hotel sales and marketing company with about 650 clients worldwide, having held various roles including Account Director and Vice President. Jennifer joined S.A.I. Leisure Group in 2018 to oversee operations and business development and played a significant role in the listing of the company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2019. S.A.I. is a leading leisure tourism group in the Western Pacific region. It has four hotels and resorts and operates luxury travel retail and destination services on the islands of Saipan and Guam. Jennifer was appointed as Chief Administration Officer of the Chairman Office of Luen Thai Group in 2021 with responsibility in the daily operation of the office, coordination of the management team, and implementation of the Group’s new projects. Jennifer is dedicated to serving the community. She is currently a member of the Industry Advisory Committee of School of Hotel and Tourism Management of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is actively involved in family philanthropy work as Executive Director of Tan Siu Lin Foundation. She is also Vice Chaiman of Outstanding Young Entrepreneur Committee of Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union, Executive Director of Cross Strait Youth Innovation Exchange Centre of Cross Strait Peaceful Development Federation, Board Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Textiles, and Director of Ren Shan Poverty Relief Foundation. Ren Shan was established by the Tan Family in 2016 with the objective to overcome poverty in deeply impoverished areas. The organization has cooperated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China Overseas Friendship Association, and the All-China Taiwan Federation, etc, on targeted poverty alleviation projects with entrepreneurial elements in poverty-stricken counties in Yunnan, Gansu, Guizhou and Hebei. These projects have achieved excellent results and contributed to the country’s victory in the eradication of extreme poverty. Jennifer was conferred the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Outstanding Youth Entrepreneurs Award in 2022 in recognition of her remarkable contributions to the development of the Greater Bay Area as well as exchanges amongst the peoples on the Maritime Silk Road through her continuous efforts in the tourism industry. As a female leader with outstanding business acumen and innovation, Jennifer was awarded the Most Powerful Women by Fortune China in 2023. Jennifer actively participates in the Tan Family governance system and is the Convener of the Education and Career Committee and a member of Recreation Committee under the Tan Family Council.
