Aldar Properties is Abu Dhabi's largest real estate developer and investment manager, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange with Mubadala as its largest shareholder. As master developer, Aldar creates integrated, and thriving communities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai's most desirable destinations, including Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Raha, Reem Island, and the Palm Jebel Ali and is responsible for developing the emirate's c. 65 million sqm land bank. Aldar has expanded internationally, acquiring UK developer London Square in 2023 and, a controlling 70% stake in Egypt's SODIC in 2021 giving investors exposure to established, high-growth real estate markets in Greater London and North Africa alongside its UAE core.
